Kubota Cares

Powering and Empowering Those Who Move the Earth

From the very beginning Kubota’s founder, Gonshiro Kubota, was concerned not only with building a company upon technological excellence, but also with “the good of society” in mind. With that same aim and under the broad heading of “Kubota Cares,” Kubota Tractor Corporation provides philanthropic support through equipment and funding to organizations that focus on people who work with and shape the earth in ways that help their communities thrive, and who need support beyond their own means to continue to do so. Our work to support our communities includes leadership and education initiatives, community and empowerment programs, and emergency relief assistance.

Community and Empowerment

Kubota’s most significant philanthropic commitment is its “Geared to Give” program. In partnership with the Farmer Veteran Coalition, Kubota provides financial support and new Kubota equipment to U.S. military veterans pursuing a future in farming.

Leadership and Education

Kubota employees across the country serve in leadership positions on boards and committees for a range of community organizations, professional associations, and service groups to advance the mutual interests of our people, communities, and industry. As a company, Kubota supports organizations such as the National FFA Organization by providing financial and volunteer support to ensure a bright future for tomorrow’s agriculture leaders.

Emergency Support

For anywhere Kubota’s families and friends, customers and dealers, and fellow Americans face the daunting effects of nature at her most devastating — as with our nation’s most recent tornadoes, hurricanes and floods — Kubota provides aid and support through monetary contributions and Kubota equipment to assist local organizations with rebuilding efforts.
