TORRANCE, Calif. (June 12, 2008) – Kubota introduces the revolutionary new Infinity Deck as standard equipment on its 2008 T-Series lawn tractors. The Infinity Deck, named for its distinctive counter-rotating figure-eight grass flow, allows operators to quickly and easily change cutting modes between side-discharge, mulching, and grass catching - all without tools or having to change blades.

Increased Power and Control
Along with the multi-functioning deck, the T80 series packs plenty of power for jobs both large and small. V-Twin gasoline engines in the 20-horsepower T2080; and 23-horsepower T2380; as well as the single-cylinder, 18-horsepower T1880, are matched to Kubota's clutchless hydrostatic transmission (HST). This HST provides easy and precise operations with a single-pedal control for both speed and direction changes. Since there's no shifting or clutching to worry about, hands and feet operations are simplified, minimizing operator efforts. In addition, cruise control; a one-step parking brake; and the Kubota Reverse Awareness System, provide optimal comfort, safety, and ease of operation.

Built with Comfort in Mind
Operators will find a smooth and comfortable ride with Kubota's Cushion-Ride suspension system (standard on T2080 and T2380) and a deluxe high-back seat. Additionally, a full-flat operator platform provides ample leg-room, as well as easier tractor entry and exit. Optional equipment and attachments include a 6.5-bushel capacity grass catcher with new V-frame; 46-inch snow blower; and 48-inch front blade.
