- Accounting Department
is responsible for payables, budget control and general ledger accounting. This department manages
and processes accounting services nationwide.
- Staff Coordination
is responsible for coordinating, planning and operations among top management, departmental
management and Kubota Corporation of Japan.
- Engineering Department
is responsible for a variety of technical matters including technical tests of Kubota equipment.
It oversees our product safety, quality assurance functions, and supports overall sales and
service programs.
- Finance Department
includes Financial Services and Kubota Credit Corporation. This department manages our financial
and credit programs nationwide and provides analytical services for all other departments.
This function also includes the management of accounts receivable.
- Human Resources Department
includes General Administration and the Legal Department. Human Resources develops and
implements employment policies, procedures, programs and benefits. The Legal Department
coordinates all legal affairs. The Administration Department is responsible for non-resale
purchasing policies and procedures and various administrative functions such as facilities
maintenance, equipment, vehicle and facilities leasing, etc.
- Information Systems
works together with IBM Global Services to provide computer support to all departments and
divisions nationwide.
- Parts Department
supports our dealers by providing a national supply of quality replacement parts for our dealer network.
- Product Resources
includes Wholegoods, Distribution, Purchasing and Assembly. It engages in inventory management and security, distribution, warehousing of all products for resale, and also manages distribution logistics and tractor assembly.
- Sales and Marketing
oversees our nationwide sales effort. It includes Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Sales Promotion, Kubota Advertising Associates, Sales Administration and, Dealer Development. Marketing conducts a variety of marketing research projects and provides product forecasts.
- Service Department
includes Service Engineering, Warranty, Customer Satisfaction and Training. This department supports our dealers by providing technical and field assistance for our dealer network. Training insures that all applicable KTC and dealer personnel are trained in product use, features and technical service.
- The Management Committee consists of, among others, all executive officers and key managers at KTC. It meets regularly to review key activities of our Company, determine management priorities, and discuss important management issues. KTC’s President is the Chairman of the Management Committee.
