SUWANEE, Ga. - To standardize the loan origination and approval process and to provide the dealers with better and more timely service, the new KCC Loan Origination Center is now open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. EST (5:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST), with limited hours of operation on Saturday. The Loan Origination Center is comprised of six teams with three members each.

Although loan origination documents can still be faxed to the Center, Syd Wyncoop, Director of Financial Services, told Kubota Country that the dealer will receive the best service possible when using Kubota Showroom to transmit deals to the Loan Origination Center. Kubota Showroom is a proprietary Kubota loan origination software package that has been provided to every dealer. Another tool KCC has made available to speed up the loan origination and approval process is a toll-free telephone number
(800-794-4992) so dealers can get immediate answers to any questions they may have. The manager of the Loan Origination Center is John Nichols.

All loans will be processed on a first-in, first-out basis. Dealers are requested to mail loan documents to the Loan Origination Center on the same day the loan documents are signed. To facilitate this process, the Loan Origination Center has provided self-addressed, postage paid, business reply envelopes to each dealer. Using these envelopes will speed up electronic disbursement of dealer proceeds.
