- Sales: The Regional
Sales Manager is responsible for building market share, wholesaling of Kubota
products to dealers and activities that support retail sales goals. They also
recruit and train dealers, provide sales support, sales training and various
special programs support. The RSM is the principal interface with the Kubota
Dealer network in a territory.
- Service:
Service personnel oversee dealership and customer service/technical
support on-site to resolve service oriented issues. They also
coordinate special field training of dealership service personnel
on new and existing Kubota products.
- Assembly: Assembly personnel
oversee final assembly operations for tractors that are prepared for direct shipment to dealers.
- Parts: Parts personnel
provide direct support to the dealer network for parts inventory management and distribution
of parts to KTC's Dealers.
- Distribution: The Distribution
department oversees direct shipment of Wholegoods (tractors, mowers, construction equipment)
and implements to the KTC Dealer network.
- Finance:
The finance department provides retail financing support to KTC
customers purchasing our products through Kubota Credit Corporation
and provides wholesale financing support to manage the floor plan
inventory for the KTC Dealer network. This department also performs
floor plan audits and determines financing eligibility for potential
Dealers.
- Administration:
This department includes human resources, building operations, site maintenance and
purchasing. It is responsible for budget management and expense control at the
division level.
