TORRANCE, CA
Located 21 miles south of Los Angeles, Torrance, California is the home of the Kubuta Tractor Headquarters and Kubota Credit Corporation. Our two-story 80,000 square foot facility houses our major operational departments as well as a 30,000 square foot engineering warehouse.

Torrance residents enjoy the use of the 502-seat James R. Armstrong Theatre, which has a full slate of arts programs, classes and live entertainment. Families can enjoy the 33 parks that host a variety of organized sports including: aquatics, basketball, cheerleading, volleyball, wrestling, softball, soccer, roller hockey, and golf.
A healthy lifestyle is made easier by the weekly Farmer’s Markets that rotate locations around the city bringing farm fresh foods to our residents. Area restaurants are also supporting this trend utilizing farm to table ingredients.
In Redondo Beach, water sports, surfing and sailing are just three miles away. Mountain snow skiing is just an hour away and many L.A. suburbs have their own hiking, biking and horseback riding paths. With annual average temperatures of 78 degrees outdoor sports can be enjoyed through every season.
While Torrance is the “city with a hometown feel” you don’t have to venture far to find a world of enviable entertainment, food and shopping. Torrance is adjacent to two top public school systems and many of our employees take advantage of this proximity. Both Manhattan Beach and Rancho Palos Verdes Public Schools are in the top ten in the United States. Additionally new high school graduates can choose from top tier local universities including UCLA, USC, Pepperdine and Loyola Marymount.

Lodi, California is the home of the Kubota Tractor Western Division Assembly and Distribution Center. Our 180,000 square foot facility houses our operational departments as well as a 169,000 square foot warehouse with an additional 114,000 square foot outdoor storage.

While Lodi is the quaint wine county home, you don’t have to venture far to find a world of entertainment, food and shopping. Our state capitol, Sacramento, is just 35 miles north. Lodi Unified has 49 school sites: 33 elementary, 7 middle, 4 high schools and 2 continuing education high schools. In addition there are a number of community day schools, adult schools, a career center, pre-schools and a developmental center for disabled students.

Located 30 miles north of Atlanta, GA, Suwanee has been home to the Southeast Division office of Kubota Tractor Corporation for over 20 years. Our 237,000 square foot facility houses Kubota Tractor Corporation, Kubota Credit Corporation Loan Origination Center and KTAC Insurance. 30 miles north in Jefferson, GA, Kubota also has two sister companies: Kubota Industrial Equipment and Kubota Manufacturing of America (both manufacturing plants).

Suwannee has that best of big-city vibrancy and small-town community all-in-one, with local restaurants, hotels and distinctive parks including Town Center Park (featured below), a community built playground for little ones at Play Town Suwanee and Sims Lake Park. In addition great shopping can be had at the Mall of Georgia and Discover Mills Outlet Mall.
"In the middle of everywhere," Suwanee offers easy access to the city of Atlanta, home to professional sports and events venues like Martin Luther King Center, CNN Center, Centennial Olympic Park, High Museum of Art, Zoo Atlanta, World of Coca Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Atlanta Botanical Garden, Braves Turner Stadium, Georgia Dome, Fox Theater, Jimmy Carter Presidential Museum & Library, and Six Flags Over Georgia. If you are a golfer, Georgia has one of five total Bear’s Best courses.
A little off the beaten path you’ll also find the Atlanta Falcon’s Training Camp, Chateau Elan Winery, Road Atlanta Raceway and Stone Mountain Park.

Suwanee sits in Gwinnett County, which boasts the best school system in the state, as evidenced by high test scores and academic achievement. The Atlanta area is home to more than 30 colleges and universities including Emory University, Georgia Tech, Georgia State University and Oglethorpe University. The University of Georgia in Athens is less than an hour northeast of Suwanee.
