RTV500 with Optional Cab Safety Campaign

Models:
RTV500 with optional dealer installed V4311, V4311A, or V4361 cab

Issue:

Kubota has determined that there is a potential for carbon monoxide accumulation in the cab of RTV500 vehicles when the engine is at idle and the unit is at a standstill.

Exposure to exhaust gas and carbon monoxide can cause serious injury and must be avoided.

Solution:
Kubota has developed a modification kit for affected units, which will substantially reduce the carbon monoxide level inside the cab. This kit contains modified parts for the exhaust system and various seals.

Unless you are aware that this issue has already been repaired by your authorized Kubota dealer, and if you are the owner of an RTV500 with optional, dealer installed cab, please contact your authorized Kubota dealer as soon as possible, to have these modifications installed free of charge.

In case of questions, please contact your authorized Kubota dealer.
