Kubota and the World Expositions

The seeds of tomorrow, nurtured by us.

Everyone’s thoughts and
your own thoughts.

The ways in which we engage
with food and agriculture are diverse and full of possibility.

This exhibit presents the thoughts of 32 people active on
the front lines from a range of fields who are addressing
the future of food and agriculture
, through cards and
videos displayed across an entire wall.
Visitors were invited to take home
the card that resonated most with them as they thought
about
the future of food and agriculture.

Each card package also included
a candy made from rice bran,
creating a sensory touchpoint that
would let visitors recall their
Kubota Place experience
even after leaving the exhibit.

The thoughts of people who address the future of food and agriculture

The packages distributed at
the venue included
a two-dimensional code inviting visitors to
reflect on what we can do and
what hopes we hold for happy meals
and for the future of life.
Over the course of the exhibition,
we received around 800 responses
from people of
all ages and
from both Japan and abroad.
A portion of those is introduced here.
