My name is Shingo Hanada, and I am honored to assume the position of President of Kubota Corporation as of January 1, 2026.

In my career to this point, I have experienced personal growth by engaging in open discussions with colleagues and taking on new challenges together toward shared goals. Drawing upon these experiences, the role I wish to serve is that of an “orchestra conductor” who brings out the individual strengths of each employee, weaving them together into the finest harmony.
By listening carefully to others and remaining flexible enough to adjust our course without being constrained by conventions, I am committed to leading the Kubota Group toward further growth.
