Filing of Lawsuit Against Suzhou JOFAE Agricultural Machinery Co.,Ltd For Infringement of Rice Transplanter Patent Rights

Kubota Corporation ("Kubota") filed a lawsuit in Suzhou Intellectual Property Tribunal against Suzhou JOFAE Agricultural Machinery Co.,Ltd ("JOFAE") for possible infringement of our patents, ZL200710180779.X and ZL200610071543.8, in China by walk-behind rice transplanters, 2ZS-4 (F4) and 2ZS-6 (F6), manufactured and sold by JOFAE.
Kubota respect intellectual property rights of other companies and of our own in conducting our business activities, and will continue to be active in overseas markets such as those in China and other Asian countries.
