February 3, 2022

Kubota Corporation (Head Office: Naniwa-ku, Osaka, Japan; President and Representative Director: Yuichi Kitao; hereinafter, "Kubota") announced today that in January 2022, it shipped the 10,000th M7000 Series large-scale tractor, whose production started in France in 2015

  • A advantageous manufacturer of small- and medium-sized tractors for rice farming in Asia, Kubota developed the M7000 Series large-scale tractor (Max. Horsepower: 170) for arable and row crop farming in Europe and North America in 2014 to further expand its business domains. Production of this flagship model began in 2015 at Kubota Farm Machinery Europe S.A.S. Europe is the single largest market for tractors of this horsepower range.
  • The M7000 Series tractors have since been used extensively for a variety of applications such as arable, row crop, hay & forage, and dairy farming. They are marketed in 32 countries, including European countries, the U.S., Australia, and Japan, and the 10,000th unit was shipped in January 2022.
  • As demand for food is expected to increase on the back of the global population explosion, Kubota will focus its efforts on the realization of "solutions to enhance the productivity and safety of food," which is laid out in its long-term vision "GMB2030," while at the same time contributing to efficient production of food, which sustains the lives of people the world over.
