Release of the Kubota Group Integrated Report and ESG Report 2025

The Kubota Corporation (Head Office: Naniwa-ku, Osaka, Japan; President and Representative Director: Yuichi Kitao; hereinafter “Kubota”) has released the 2025 Kubota Group Integrated Report and ESG Report.
The Kubota Group Integrated Report shares the Kubota Group’s approach and future prospects　for the sustainable creation of corporate value in line with management strategies that take a medium- to long-term perspective.
This year, based on the feedback received from our shareholders and investors, we are disclosing specific progress towards the realization of our Long-Term Vision, "GMB2030." This includes introducing solutions in our business areas of "Food, Water, and Environment," as well as messages regarding corporate governance from our external directors and external auditors, all in line with the value creation process.
In our ESG report, we disclose the progress of our unique K-ESG*management, as well as our achievements in 2024 aimed at contributing to the realization of a sustainable society. This information is organized into　Environment, Stakeholders, Human Resources, and Governance.
The Kubota Group will continue to promote ESG management and disclose information to all of our stakeholders through an open and transparent approach in an effort to build relationships that allow us to gain their empathy and participation.
